Adding to Retainer
How soon after I pay a retainer will my account be credited?
Funds provided through the Paypal credit card system will be credited immediately. Other credit card payments may take up to 24 business hours to post. Personal or business checks are credited in the amount of time it takes for them to clear your bank. . A local check from the same account of repeat customers will usually fund within two business days. If funds are immediately available in your checking account, checks mailed or paid at the office should be credited within one to two business days. A checking account attached to the Paypal system will credit within 2-3 days.
Can I send in a check or pay a retainer by phone?
Yes, you certainly can. Checks can be sent to our address at 60 25th Street NW, Ste. 1, Cleveland, TN 37311. You may also call in a payment using a credit card. The telephone number is 423-476-3312.
When I place an order on-line, how will I know that the order was submitted properly?
You will receive an email confirmation within five minutes of placing your order.
How will I know someone has picked up my request for a Service?
A read receipt will be sent to you as soon as your order has been opened. It will be put in the queue immediately in accordance with your time frame.
How will I know how much has been deducted from my retainer after I place an order?
Once an order has been received on-line or by phone you will receive an email within 24 hours. The email will contain the cost of the services being deducted from your retainer and your account balance. Walk-ins or orders taken over the phone will be given a service quote at the time of request. Once the quote is accepted -payment information to fund the retainer will be processed. If an estimate was given at the time of funding the retainer, anyone not having email access will receive a call back to the telephone number on record once a total is obtained.

Once I place an order, how long will it take to complete?
It really depends on how late in the day the order is received and the service requested. If your request is urgent, please call it in at 423-476-3312.
If I order Digital Media Services or something like an alteration, how will I know when it’s done and ready to pick up?
Your account will be updated and an email will be sent to your email address when your order is complete. If you have requested delivery of your order, we will call you to arrange a convenient time for your order to be delivered. All orders not picked up within 10 days of completion will be put on a delivery status and couriered, mailed, or shipped to you. Additional delivery charges will be deducted from your retainer or billed to your home or shipping address.
