Retainer
You can always pay for a Helping Hands of Cleveland service as you need it, however, for your convenience we have devised a quick and simple way for you to make an advance payment for any service you request from Helping Hands of Cleveland.
You have an option of opening or funding a Retainer account by calling Helping Hands of Cleveland or through the PayPal payment source used by 94.4 million people worldwide. A retainer can be made for equal or close to the amount of the service you are requesting. For example, if you want to have money in your account for grocery shopping, but you don’t know exactly how much it will be, you can pay a retainer amount which will give you a cushion. This will help you make sure you have enough in your account to pay for all your items and the Errand Provider service fee. Whatever has been paid in excess can be left in your Retainer account for future service or refunded back to your credit card.
A retainer can also be made for a larger amount if you want the convenience of not having to go back to PayPal or make a phone call every time you need a service. There is no minimum or maximum amount; you decide how much you want in your Retainer account.
On a monthly basis, Helping Hands of Cleveland will send a statement to your email address showing your balance and all services rendered for that month. Registering or logging on to a PayPal account will also give you the added convenience of checking your account as often as you’d like to view your transactions.
When you click on the button, you will be redirected to PayPal where you will have the option of signing in to your PayPal account to fund your Retainer or signing in as a Guest. Then you will be able to select a payment method for establishing or increasing your retainer. If you have any questions regarding setting up your retainer, please call us.
At Helping Hands of Cleveland, our door is also open to help Seniors or people with disabilities to pick up their necessary food or a prescription even when they don’t have the means to pay for the cost of an errand service. The expense for the gas and having someone provide the service is either supplied by us personally, or through the generosity of people who will donate their time or financial gift to help meet these needs.
